  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • If a returned garment is found to be used or damaged, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

  • If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired size or colour in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
