Free returns within 7 days of delivery are available on eligible products. Refunds are provided only if the required size is unavailable or if the order cannot be fulfilled. First-time size exchange and defective items qualify for free return; however, for all other returns, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. Non-returnable items include sale items (size exchange only allowed), accessories, innerwear, customized products, and hygiene products.
